Our external health and safety advisers and consultants, our external course trainers and consultants and our technical training advisers at the manufacturers we are connected to, along with our own training programme all offer an essential review, audit and continued professional development of Crayon’s health and safety, environmental and management systems.
Our RAMS are continually approved by our client’s health and safety officers and a full annual external audit is carried out by Alcumus (SafeContractor) for our SIPP and SafeContractor status. Giving a consistent green light process for every project.

Our company’s health and safety skill base, builds, as staff join us with existing knowledge, training, qualifications, their own life skills and their own personal ongoing continued professional development.
All crews have IPAF, rescue from height and work at height certification, first aid level 3 and supervisor or site manager certification and use of permits to work with CSCS cards as a minimum starting point and individual product and systems training. With an equipment inspection and certification regime in place to ensure all our kit is in tip top condition.
Our internal head of Health and Safety is a technical member of IOSH, has NEBOSH Certificate, Dip Management, Dip Construction and S.E.A.T.S. Environmental. Plus has all the qualifications and training of crew operatives and more. So we know our business.
